Requirements for Baptism

Infant/Baby:

County Birth Certificate (we do not accept the birth certificate provided by the hospital)

 

Godparents:

Couples: Must be married by the Catholic Church and be able to provide Church Marriage Certificate

 

Individual:

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Have received the three sacraments of initiation; be able to provide certificate of First Communion or Confirmation

 

PRE-Baptismal Class:

Attend 2 pre-baptismal classes (both parents and godparents). Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before each class and do not bring children to class.

All requirements mentioned above must be turned in at the moment of registration.
Registrations must be made at least one month prior to the desired date
